Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• A booking fee (20–30% of the package price) is required to confirm your session.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photoshoot.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash.
• The booking date is confirmed only after the prepayment has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the session: full refund of the booking fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session: booking fee is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is possible once, free of charge, if arranged at least 48h in advance.

Delivery of Photos

• Preview photos will be delivered within 2–3 business days.
• Final edited gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks (events & weddings: up to 4 weeks).
• Delivery is via an online gallery or file transfer.
• Photos are stored in an online gallery for one month.

Editing & Retouch

• All delivered images are carefully selected and edited.
• RAW/unedited files are not provided.
• Additional retouch requests may be subject to an extra fee.
• All images are delivered in JPG format only.
• It is not allowed to apply additional edits or filters to the processed photos.

Travel

• Travel within Tallinn is included.
• For locations outside Tallinn: €0.4/km travel fee applies. The minimum travel fee is €5.

Usage Rights

• The client has full personal usage rights for delivered photos (social media, print, private use).
• Commercial usage (advertising, resale, publications) requires a separate agreement.
• The photographer retains copyright and may use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Special Notes

• Please arrive on time to make the most of your booked session.
• Pets, children, and events may require extra time—consider booking a longer session.
• Skin retouching is limited to the removal of distracting imperfections; a glossy or airbrushed effect will not be applied.
• By booking a photoshoot, you agree to these terms.
